This week we have been learning how to look after ourselves and others. We have been learning about what babies need to grow up to be healthy children such as milk, love, warmth, clean clothes and body etc. We had so much fun looking after babies and giving them a little bath. We need a lot of the same things that babies do to stay clean and healthy.
This week we have been learning how to look after ourselves and others. We have been learning about what babies need to grow up to be healthy children such as milk, love, warmth, clean clothes and body etc. We had so much fun looking after babies and giving them a little bath.
We also learned how to look after ourselves. We talked about the importance of a healthy diet and drinking water. We made delicious healthy wraps for snack time. They included ingredients such as peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, carrot, ham and cheese.
Exercise is an extremely important way to keep fit and healthy so we did some Jump Start Jonny workouts this week.
