This half term Nursery are learning all about mini-beasts. We have been Bug Detectives, looking for bugs around our school. We found lots of creepy crawlies in the Secret Garden. The children have been very interested in finding out facts and information about different kinds of mini- beasts. We particularly enjoyed learning about spiders. The children went looking for webs using their Bug Detector kit. We have completed lots of fun spider activities such as making spiders with playdough, making glitter webs, counting flies in the web, playing Incy Wincy down the drainpipe and lots more. I wonder which mini-beast we will learn about next...
