To begin our topic ‘Marvellous Me and My Family tree’ we have been getting to know each other, talking about what makes us special. We have been finding out what makes us unique, such as our interests and hobbies. We have been making some fantastic self-portraits which will be displayed in our classroom.
We have also been talking about the special people in our lives. We are making a special family tree in our classroom so the children have brought in family photos to share and discuss. We have had a lovely time learning about each other’s’ families.
It has been lovely to see the children settling into Nursery and making new friends.
