Today in Reading for Fun we read Jack and the Beanstalk because this week we found some magic beans in our classroom. The children love joining in with the story saying Fee-Fi-Fo-Fum. After the story the children then designed their own castles just like the one the Giant lives in. Then they worked with their adults to make castles using different resources such as Lego, Duplo, Sticklebricks, Wooden Blocks, Magnetic shapes etc. We had lots of fun and made some excellent castles.
