The children in Lego League club had an amazing day today at Nissan, taking part in the Lego Superpower competition. The team competed against schools from around the North East to gain as many points as possible. The team were judged on three different aspects, the robot games, the group presentation and the core values of their team. Our children were amazing!!! They performed so well throughout the whole day and worked brilliantly as a team. We were awarded a trophy for our core values which were essential for a productive and efficient team. The children each won a Lego League medal too. Miss Imrie and Miss Defty were so incredibly proud of the team for their performance today but also throughout the preparation needed over the last few weeks to get competition ready. We will certainly be placing our trophy pride of place in our school to celebrate the children’s success. Well done to everyone involved!
