WORLD BOOK DAY!

We had a fantastic day here in school yesterday for World Book Day! Across school, children took part in a range of reading-related activities: from joining with another class to be reading buddies and share stories to a staff quiz, where the children had to decide which staff member each baby photo belonged to and this would reveal their favourite childhood book.

Y2+ even created their very own class book, comprising of a story and illustrations - this is available for parents to order a published copy of (details can be found on your child's class Dojo page).

Every child also went home with a book to keep as their own.
