Year Two have been studying the works of sculptors: Ranti Bam and Rachel Whiteread this term. They experimented with clay and practised the skills of joining using score and slip and working in relief with the tools. They made pinch pots, decorative tiles and then designed and sculpted their own 3D houses from clay.  To complete their projects, the children even held their own mini art exhibition where they looked at each others' works and helped to evaluate what they saw
