Year Two were given a surprise visit by PC Hall from the Neighbourhood Policing Team earlier this week. PC Hall let all the children have a sit in his patrol car and showed them his handcuffs, spray and baton. The children were fascinated and took the opportunity to ask PC Hall lots of questions about joining the police force and what it's like to be a police officer. We've now got a new careers portfolio in our Raising Aspiration file for any other pupils who want to find out about becoming or working as police officer.
