Year Two have had lots of fun during Sports Week at Eppleton. We’ve been on yoga adventures, taken part in dance sessions, practised hoola-hooping, skipping, exercises and jogging around the yard. We have also managed to get physical exercise into out maths and English lessons this week. In maths, we worked in teams to answer the addition and subtraction word problems and go searching the playground to find the next question. In English, we because punctuation police. We had to march, skip, hop, sidestep and tip-toe until the whistle was blown and then we had to run to a police station and solve the crime against punctuation! We had lots of fun keeping fit but also kept up with our lessons at the same time.
