Year Two became singers, dancers and performers this week as they threw themselves into the music curriculum. As well as practising Chiristmas songs, the children also learned a selection of songs all about friendships. They clapped and tapped to the pulse, they copied rhythms and they also improvised by making u their own clapping rhythms. But what they really enjoyed was dancing and singing to a song called Shapes. Some children even had the chance to play along on the glockenspiel.
