During our computing week, Year 3 spent time finding out about the functions of publisher.  They spent time creating an information page all about themselves.  They experimented with background colours and patterns;  added text boxes, changing font style, colour and size; inserted shapes, changing size, colours and orientations; added photographs into their work.  They did a fabulous job and really enjoyed using the different features of the program.  Some children tried making information pages at home using publisher.
