Year 4 have focused on art design this week.  We looked at creating optical illusions and used our scoring skills to help with the folding.  After that, we studied Willow pattern and Thomas Minton's designs.  We recreated our own versions using our novel, Kensuke's Kingdom, as inspiration.  Finally, we looked at the work of artist, Paul Cezanne.  We made secondary colours and used short brush strokes, in different directions, to create our mug design.
