Today, Year 4 were invited to visit our local church to take part in a 'Bible Comes Alive' workshop. Even though it was chilly, we wrapped up warm and made our way to the church, showing everyone in the local area how respectful, responsible and safe we all were. At the church we learned all about Jesus and some of the different important events in his life, told by the people that interacted with him in the Bible! It was fantastic to hear about how Jesus changed the life of people around him and what he went through during his own life. It was great to have a chance to show off our singing skills to people from the community as well! We are very grateful that we were able to take part in a fantastic event like this, especially because we learned so much and because it was fun, too.

We all did amazing in our quizzes afterwards, and we were even given juice, sweets and chocolates!
