Year 4 have loved investigating, designing, making and evaluating their Iron Man pneumatic mechanisms. We have enjoyed investigating how we could get our own pneumatics to work using washing-up bottles, syringes, tubing and balloons. After this, we designed our own with annotations using our technical vocabulary. Then, we made our products - this was when we encountered some problems, but we did solve most them. The photos have tried to capture the movement as best we could!
