Year 4 enjoyed a visit from Change4Life this week (they'll be visiting the next 4 weeks also).  We were thinking about eating healthily and what makes a balanced meal, as well as other ways to stay healthy, such as keeping hydrated, having enough sleep, physical activity and limited screen time.

In our P.E. lessons, we've been learning about golf and have been using a putter and a chipper.  We're starting to understand the different reasons for using both clubs.  We've thought about our scores in the games and have discussed the meanings of par, strokes and clubs.
