Over the past two terms, Year 4 have been working very hard to improve their ukulele skills. They have been practicing changing quickly between the C and F chords, as well as learning how to play the completely new G7 chord. Having three chords that we know how to play means that there are a huge range of songs that are available for us to learn. In fact, Year 4 are so dedicated and hardworking that they have been practicing their skills to be able to perform in front of the whole school!

Over the past 4 week, Year 4 have been practicing singing and playing 'Sweet Caroline' by Neil Diamond. It uses the C, F and G7 chords and requires Yr4 to be able to change chords very quickly. The amount of resilience and hard work that the children have put in has been incredible and the improvement is fantastic.
