Fire Visit

The Fire Service visited school this week. They discussed their role, what types of jobs they do and also how to report a fire/emergency. They showed us their kit and discussed how each part works/ helps to keep them safe. They also talked to us about different ways to stay safe especially surrounding firework and bonfires. 

They then took us on a tour of their fire engine. We loved to see all of the amazing equipment they have and have a look around the inside of the fire engine.
