Personal Training


In our Health-Related Exercise PE sessions, we have been learning about fitness - four different types: Cardio Vascular, Speed, Muscular and co-ordination. We tested these using 4 different exercises. We then chose one of the categories to try to improve. We worked in pairs to come up with our own exercises to try to improve these. We discussed the role of a personal trainer and how they help people to reach a goal or improve a certain area of fitness.
