Playtime Buddies
To get ready for the re-launch of OPAL, Year 5 and Reception were paired up and explored the school grounds. Year 5 were being role models, demonstrating safe ways of using the school yard and equipment and also helping them to explore. As OPAL is new to Reception, it was a really important role to show the children how fun play time can be at Eppleton. We all had a fantastic afternoon and I think Reception managed to wear all the Year 5 children out with their energetic play!
