Five Ways to Well-being


Mental Health

This week we have been celebrating Mental Health Day 2021. We planned 5 activities, one for each day. On Monday we, ‘connected’ we spent some time sitting and chatting with friends. On Tuesday, was, ‘Be active, we went outside and played some games together as a class. On Wednesday, we ‘Took Notice,’ we went outside onto the yard and sat and we took notice of the sounds around us. On Thursday, we ‘Kept Learning,’ we learned a new skill, Meditation and took part in some guided meditations in the hall. On Friday, we were, ‘Giving,’ we thought of some gestures that cost nothing but we could do to make people happy and improve their mental health.
