Last week, Year 6 had the exciting opportunity to experience the world of manufacturing through an interactive workshop, based at the Nissan Sunderland plant. The session was developed by Nissan to allow young people to see, hear and touch in a safe learning environment. The children experienced the equipment and methods used in Europe’s biggest and most efficient car plant.
