Year 6 had a very informative trip to Nissan. It was for the workshop Monozukuri Caravan.
We learned about the cars Nissan made, including a new one that's coming out.
The day was filled with a lot of making and engineering:
making Lego cars
making Lego cars but everyone had a different role to play - just like the actual factory
visiting a special machine that follows instructions - see our photos.
played some games that involved nuts and screws
use drills to screw into metal
And, we even had a dance at the end.
A lot of Year 6 are now interested in jobs at Nissan.
